There is a place for you in Women’s Ministry at CUMC! You will discover many opportunities for study, fellowship, service, sharing and fun.

We are building a legacy of faith fueled by a passion for sharing God’s love. We endeavor to seek balance in all that we do. We pray for depth as we grow in our relationships with Jesus Christ and with other women.

You are invited to become a part of the wonderful activities here at CUMC. We extend this invitation to all women in the region.

The Journey - Come, Hear Radio Host Phyllis Wallace

Phyllis Wallace, host of the syndicated radio program, “Woman to Woman", will be the guest speaker at the The Journey - a special April 25th dinner meeting for women, sponsored by the Women’s Ministry, Christ Church.

All women from the area are invited, but registration is required. The doors will open at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. A love offering will be taken to offset the dinner / program expenses. Childcare will be provided for children six and under, but there will not be a meal available for the children.

Ms. Wallace's topic is: “Confidence – The Firm Stand Advantage.” The speaker brings years of experience in counseling; she is an accomplished author and public speaker who leads seminars and retreats including community events.

With her earned degrees including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology and a Master of Arts in Guidance Counseling with an emphasis on Youth Corrections and Family Therapy, Phyllis tackles the ins-and-outs of real life, offering heraudience Christian perspectives on topics such as family, relationships, finances, and more.
